Chef De Partie

We need a chef de partie with 2 years experience in cooking commis level or above. Diploma in cookery essential. Must have experience cooking tasting menus in a similar level restaurant

Assistant Manager/ Sommelier

We need an experienced Assistant manager with experience as a sommelier of at least 2 years in a management role. Must have a WSET level 1 and/or WSET 2 certificate and NZ LCQ (license controller qualification)
