At Sidart we want to push the boundaries of current perceptions around food. Through our food and dining experience we aim to showcase techniques, progressive Indian flavours and the seasonal produce that New Zealand has to offer.
We offer tasting menus that take you through a full discovery of our menu with dishes selected by Chef Sid Sahrawat and our team, as well as an extensive a la carte menu for dinner each night. The Chef's Table Experience offers a closer look into the kitchen. Here you can watch dishes being created, and be guided through the menu by our chefs. This is our most exclusive dining experience, starting with a glass of Champagne on arrival, before taking you on a journey of flavours with our Full Discovery Menu. The Chef's Table is available for 4-5 guests.
The Chef's table is fixed banquette seating and therefore not advised for heavily pregnant guests or those with limited mobility.
