DISCOVERY MENU

At Sidart we want to push the boundaries of current perceptions around food. Through our food and dining experience we aim to showcase techniques, progressive Indian flavours and the seasonal produce that New Zealand has to offer. We offer a degustation menu in the following formats: 

Full Discovery Menu (Available Tuesday to Saturday), approx. 2.5 - 3 hours, $160 NZD per person. Optional Wine pairing $90 p.p./ Premium pairing $140 p.p.
5 Course Menu (Available Tuesday to Thursday only), approx. 1.5 - 2 hours, $95 NZD per person ($110p.p. as of January 2019.) Optional Wine pairing $70 p.p./ Premium pairing $110 p.p.

CHEF'S TABLE

The Chef's table is for guests who wish to be able to get a closer look into the kitchen and watch the chefs creating their dishes and interact with them. Our most luxurious offering, guests sample the Sidart Experience after being welcomed with a glass of Champagne on arrival. The Chef's table is available for 4 to 5 guests.

Full Discovery Menu with glass of Champagne, approx. 3 hours, $190 NZD per person. Optional Wine pairing $90 p.p./ Premium wine pairing $140 p.p. (Available Tuesday to Saturday Dinner).

FRIDAY LUNCH

Come and join the Sidart team for a relaxed lunch on Fridays offering a five course degustation. Bookings are available from 12pm till 1.30pm.

5 Courses, approx 1.5 hours, $65 NZD per person. Optional wine pairing $50 NZD per person.
